SIU Bakery is a small home bakery based in Lisbon, Portugal, specialising in Japanese Cotton Cheesecake. We operate as an individual artisan producer and can be reached via WhatsApp or Instagram (links on our main page).
When you place an order through our website, we collect only the information needed to fulfil it:
We process your data under Article 6(1)(b) — processing is necessary for the performance of a contract (your order). By confirming your order you confirm your agreement to this processing.

Your order information is stored in a private Google Sheets document accessible only to SIU Bakery. We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third parties except the minimum required to operate (Google Workspace for order storage, Cloudflare for website infrastructure). Both providers comply with GDPR.
Order records are retained for up to 12 months for the purpose of resolving any disputes or repeat-order convenience, after which they are deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
